The Metazen Existential Christmas Book Charity
Authors can be so selfish. 
We sit and we write, pour things onto paper hoping to evoke, mull around in our minds and manipulate the lives of non-existent people.
I would like to manipulate the life of a real person, in a positive way.
This is Thida. She lives in Cambodia. She has HIV. I send her 40 dollars a month so she can continue to stay alive. I think she is beautiful. I would like you to take a look at her and see how sweet she is. She can write her name. She gets toys and food and medicine from the money I give her.
I would like to suggest to you, fellow readers, fellow writers that this Christmas we use literature for good.
For the next 24 days, I will keep this post up and you will be able to donate.
All donations will go to the Sunrise Children’s Villages Orphanage in Siam Reap, Cambodia.
Now, donations will not leave you empty handed.

For every person that donates, on Christmas Day I will send you a present. People who donate will receive a METAZEN CHRISTMAS STORY BOOK. The book will be filled with stories by the metazen authors. It will be available for PDF download.
Even if you don’t donate, because metazen is all about giving, I will still make the PDF available.
People that donate over 15 Canadian Dollars will receive a PRINTED COPY of the metazen Christmas book in the mail along with a personal note of thanks and maybe some other thing I scrounge up from the house.
