Pushcart Prize Nominees 2012

Saturday, December 1, 2012

For the last few weeks we’ve been poring over the stories, the poetry and everything in between published at Metazen in 2012 (and December 2011).  That’s around 260 pieces, 260 of which we all love.

Here are our nominations for

the Pushcart Prize:

Chris Dankland for “Because It is Bitter, and Because It is my Heart”

Dusty LaBossiere for “A Path All Lit with Me”

Michelle Hartman for “synthetic poetry”

Thomas Patrick Levy for “The Light Sometimes Cuts”

Jane Hammons for “Headstone (for Aaron 1954-1984)”

Ratty St. John for “Fetish”

Congratulations to all of you from Frank and everyone at Metazen!
